住院药师规范化培训质量管理体系的构建

目的:构建住院药师规范化培训质量管理体系,全面提高培训质量,加强药学人才队伍建设。方法:总结9年来住院药师培训的经验,利用质量管理理论分析培训质量影响因素,针对培训各阶段、各环节开展质量控制,探索全程化质量控制内容和方法。结果:基于我院医院药学工作基础、教学优势和软硬件支撑,从目标管理、过程管理、考核管理、方法管理和对象管理五个方面初步构建形成住院药师规范化培训质量管理体系。结论:通过住院药师规范化培训质量管理体系的构建,有助于加强住院药师培训全程化管理,显著提高住院药师培训质量,促进医院药学人才队伍建设和学科发展。

Construction of quality manager system of standardized training program for hospital pharmacists

OBJECTIVE To establish a quality management system of standardized training program for hospital pharmacists, comprehensively improve training quality and promoting development of skilled pharmacists.METHODS Hospital pharmacist training experiences in the past nine years were summarized. The main factors affecting training quality were analyzed by using quality management theory. Quality control was performed in every stage and each process of the training, to explore the contents and methods of the entire quality control system.RESULTS Based on our hospital pharmacy work, teaching superiority and resources support, the quality management system of standardized training program for hospital pharmacists was constructed, including target management, process management, examination management, methods management and object management.CONCLUSION The quality management system can help to significantly improve the quality of hospital pharmacist training, and promote the development of hospital pharmacy and talent teams.
