地佐辛复合左布比卡因用于剖宫产术后镇痛的临床研究

目的探讨地佐辛复合左布比卡因用于剖宫产术后硬膜外镇痛的临床效果和安全性。方法选择2012年10¹2月期间在潍坊市妇幼保健院行剖宫产术的产妇90例,采用随机双盲对照试验方法,依据美国麻醉师协会(ASA)分级为Ⅰ12月期间在潍坊市妇幼保健院行剖宫产术的产妇90例,采用随机双盲对照试验方法,依据美国麻醉师协会(ASA)分级为Ⅰ^Ⅱ级并将患者分为三组,每组30例,术后镇痛分别采用地佐辛复合左布比卡因(A组)、舒芬太尼复合左布比卡因(B组)和单独左布比卡因(C组),并比较三组患者的镇痛效果及不良反应。结果 A、B两组在术后48 h内的视觉模拟量表评分、舒适度评分间的差异无统计学意义,两组间不良反应发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A、C两组在术后6 h内的视觉模拟量表、舒适度评分间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论地佐辛用于硬膜外术后的镇痛效果明显、安全性高、作用确切且不良反应率低,可以临床推广应用。

Clinical Research on Dezocine Combined with Levobupivacaine inPostoperative Analgesia Treatment After Cesarean

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy and safety of dezocine combined with levobupivaeaine in postoperative analgesia treatment after cesarean delivery. Methods Ninety cases of cesarean section performed as ASA I-II in Weifang Maternal and Child Healthcare Hospital from Oct. to Dec. 2012 were randomly divided into 3 groups, with 30 cases in each group： postoperative analgesia with dezoeine and levobupivaeaine（ group A）, with sufemanil and levobupivaeaine （group B ）, with levobupivacaine alone （ group C）. The analgesic effect and adverse reaction of these 3 groups were compared. Results There were no statistically significant differences of VAS and BCS between groups A and B 48 h after operation,but there were statistically significant difference of VAS and BCS between groups A and C 6 h after operation （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Dezocine has obvious effect on postoperative epidural analgesia,with high safety ,exact function and low rate of adverse reaction that it can be widely used in clinical practice.
