| 摘 要： | 碎裂QRS波(f QRS波)是近年来提出的一项心电学指标,具有简单、用途广泛等特点。f QRS波常见于冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者,尤其是急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者。f QRS波出现和消失及动态变化对AMI的诊断、心肌灌注情况判断、直接介入治疗效果的判断、冠状动脉病变程度的预测、风险评估和预后判断等都有一定价值。

| Abstract: | Fragmented QRS （fQRS） wave has been recently proposed as an important index of electro- cardiography, featured with simple and wide usage. FQRS wave is mostly observed in the patients with coronary heart disease, especially in acute myocardial infarction（AM1）. In recent years, it has been observed that when fQRS occurs or disappears or dynamically changes, it has a certain value for the diagnosis of AMI, detecting myocardial perfusion degrees, evaluating the effect of primary percutaneous coronary intervention, and predicting degrees of culprit lesions in coronary heart disease. Besides, it also has a certain value for appraising the risk of recurrent cardiac events and assessing prognosis in patients with AMI. |
