| 摘 要： | 对药用植物鸡冠花的根尖体细胞染色体进行了计数和核型分析。计数为２ｎ＝３６；１８对染色体均为中部着丝点染色体，未见随体染色体和Ｂ染色体；核型公式为Ｋ（２ｎ）＝２ｘ＝３６＝３６ｍ，核型属１Ａ型。

| Abstract: | The number and the karyotype of the somatic cell chromosome in root-tip of Celosia cristata was studied. The chromosome number was 2n=36. The karyotype formula was K (2n)= 2x=36=36m. The all of them was median centromere chromosome. The karyotype were "1A"type. It isn't found "B" chromosome and the chromosome with satellite. |
