国防生应激状态下心血管反应与社会支持的关系

摘要:目的　探讨不同社会支持水平的国防生在应激状态下心血管反应的特点。方法　采取整群抽样的方法，对312名国防生采用问卷调查与实验研究相结合的方法进行研究，问卷选取的是中国军人社会支持量表，以计算任务作为实验室应激刺激，以收缩压、舒张压和心率作为心血管应激反应参数。结果　国防生应激状态下心血管反应的变化有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；社会支持与实验各阶段血压均呈负相关，部分指标相关显著；社会支持与心血管反应值均呈负相关，与心血管恢复值大多呈正相关。结论　良好的社会支持是维持正常血压的保护性因素；社会支持对心血管反应性和恢复性具有缓冲作用。

Relationship between cardiovascular responses and social support among national defense students

Abstract: Objective To explore the relationship between the cardiovascular responses and social support among national defense students. Methods Using random cluster sampling method, 312 national defense students were chosen and the questionnaire survey combined with laboratory test was applied. The questionnaire used in this study was the Chinese Military Personnel Social Support Scale. Stress was induced by calculation task. Systolic blood pressure (SPB), diastolic blood pressure (DPB), and heart rate (HR) were recorded. Results There were statistically significant differences in changes of the indicators of cardiovascular responses (P<0.01). The social support was negatively associated with blood pressure in each stage of the experiment. Some indexes are significantly correlated. The social support was negatively associated with cardiovascular responses. Mostly of the social support was positive correlation with cardiovascular recovery. Conclusion Good social support could help maintain normal blood pressure. Social support may also enhance the cardiovascular reactivity and recovery.
