举证责任倒置对医院的影响及应对策略

《医疗事故处理条例》的出台，对医院管理者和医务人员提出了更高的要求。为了防范医疗纠纷的发生和应对举证责任倒置，我们主要通过加强宣传敦育，强化法制观念，严格制度管理，规范医护行为，树立良好医德，提高医疗技术，认真履行告知，以促进医患沟通，营造良好的医患关系。此外，我们还加强对重要医疗文书的保管和备份，防止重要文书的遗失，造成举证不能。遇到一些突发、不明原因、或家属有异议的死亡病例。我们积极动员家属进行尸检，认真填写好尸检意见并签字留存，防止家属事后对死亡原因提出异议而引发纠纷。
