| 摘 要： | 目的观察心脏含血停搏液加入泰特（TAD）在心内直视术中的心肌保护作用。方法30例心内直视术患者随机分为两组,实验组在含血心脏停搏液中加入TAD（剂量600 mg）,对照组单用含血心脏停搏液,分别经主动脉根部或切开主动脉经冠状动脉窦直接灌注,观察诱导停搏时间、心脏复跳情况、术后机械通气时间及术后正性肌力药物的应用情况。结果实验组较对照组自动复跳率高,诱导停搏时间、术后多巴胺用量、机械辅助通气时间显著减少。结论TAD加入心脏停搏液中具有良好的心肌保护作用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effects of cardioplegia with TAD in open heart surgery.METHODS In this study,30 patients with open heart surgery were divided randomly into two groups：TAD group（n=15）received TAD in cardioplegia solution,control group（n=15）did not receive TAD.The rate of heart spontaneous rebeating,defibrilation,arrhyarnia and cardiac inotropic agents used and its duration were recorded.RESULTS The ratio of myocardial auto-resuscitation in TAD group（93.3%）was significantly higher than that in control group（60.0%）,and the period of post-operative mechanical ventilate in TAD group was shorter than that in control group.CONCLUSION Antegrade intermittent blood cardioplegia with TAD shows effective myocardial protection in open heart surgery. |
