夹闭引流管对全膝关节置换术后出血的影响

目的探讨全膝关节置换术后应用夹闭引流管在减少术后失血中的作用。方法将2007年1月～2009年11月38例需行膝关节置换的患者,随机分为持续引流组和早期夹闭组。术前及术后24h检测血红蛋白(Hb)及红细胞压积(Ht),术后24h、48h计算失血量。结果术前Hb、Ht两组间差异无统计学意义(P0.05),术后24h早期夹闭组的Hb、Ht高于持续引流组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),早期夹闭组术后24h、48h失血量及输血患者比例较持续引流组明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论全膝关节置换术后应用夹闭引流管对于减少术后失血是一种简便有效的方法。

Effect of Closed Drainage on Bleeding After Total Knee Replacement

Objective To investigate the effect of the closed drainage on postoperative bleeding volume in total knee replacement. Methods We divided 38 cases ready to have total knee replacement from Jan. 2007 to Nov. 2009 randomly into two groups： constant drainage group and closed drainage group. Hemoglobin （Hb） and hematocrit （Ht） were detected before and 24h after operation,and blood loss was calculated 24h and 48h after operation. Results There was no significant difference in preoperative Hb and Ht between the two groups. The closed drainage group showed higher postoperative Hb and Ht,less bleeding volume 24h and 48h after operation and lower transfusion rate than the constant drainage group. Conclusion Closed drainage can effectively decrease postoperative bleeding.
