| 摘 要： | 大力发展医疗纠纷调解，可以妥善化解医疗纠纷。针对医疗纠纷的特殊性，从理论和实践角度，建立符合医疗纠纷内在要求的调解制度，可以加快解决医疗争议。在调解过程中选择公正、合理的依法调解程序，增强调解协泌的法律效力，便于有效处理医疗纠纷。

| Abstract: | Great Development of mediation on medical disputes can resolve them smoothly.From the view of theory and practice,bailding selecting a mediation system suitable for inner require- ments of medical disputes can accelerate settling them.Mediation in accordance with law and in a fair and rational way can enhance the legal force of mediation and negotiation,which is helpful for dealing with medical disputes. |
