骨科住院医师规范化培训带教的体会

结合骨科专业的学科特点,探索并总结近年来中国人民解放军空军特色医学中心骨科在住院医师规范化培训带教工作中的经验与体会。通过让规培生在骨科不同专业组的轮转学习、教学查房、术前病例讨论、参观手术或者手术中进行简单操作、术后练习写手术记录的方法,再运用各种先进的教学方法、严格的出科考核等方式,以进一步提高骨科规培医师的基本理论、基础知识、临床技能、科研水平等综合素质。

Experience of Clinical Teaching of Standardized Training of Resident Physician in Orthopaedic Residents

According to discipline characteristics of orthopedics,this paper will explore and summarize some experiences and understanding of teaching of resident physicians in the standardized training in our department in recent years.In order to improve the level of fundamental theory,basic knowledge and clinical working skills as well as clinical scientific research abilities of orthopaedic residents in standardized training,they were asked to study in different subgroups on the basis of the orthopaedic characteristics,by means of standardized ward-round for teaching,case discussion before operation,as a visiting doctor or assistant doctor and practice to write operative process after operation,and various advanced teaching methods and technologies were also applied in the training procession.All the students had to pass a strict terminal examination when they finished standardized training in the orthopaedic department.
