四物汤配合鼻腔泪囊吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎临床观察

目的探讨四物汤加减配合鼻腔泪囊吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床效果。方法选取2016年9月—2019年10月就诊于江西省宜春市中医院的慢性泪囊炎患者80例(80只眼),按随机数字表法分为2组,各40例(40只眼)。对照组行鼻腔泪囊吻合术治疗,试验组联合四物汤加减治疗。比较2组临床疗效、主要症状积分及不良反应。结果试验组治疗总有效率为95.00%(38/40),高于对照组的77.50%(31/40);治疗后泪囊部分泌物、流泪、泪囊区疼痛积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率为5.00%(2/40),低于对照组的20.00%(8/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻腔泪囊吻合术联合四物汤加减治疗慢性泪囊炎患者效果确切,利于术后消肿止痛,可加快临床症状改善,不良反应发生率低。

Clinical observation on the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis with Siwu Decoction combined with nasal lacrimal sac anastomosis

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Siwu Decoction combined with nasal lacrimal sac anastomosis in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis.Methods Eighty patients(80 eyes)with chronic dacryocystitis who were admitted to our hospital from May2017 to June 2019 were enrolled.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table,40 cases each(40 eyes).The control group was treated with nasal lacrimal sac anastomosis,and the experimental group was treated with Siwu Decoction.The clinical efficacy,major symptom scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.00%,which was higher than 77.50%of the control group.The pain scores in the lacrimal sac secretion,tearing and lacrimal sac area were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 5.00%,which was lower than that in the control group(20.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nasal lacrimal sac anastomosis combined with Siwu Decoction in the treatment of patients with chronic dacryocystitis is effective,which is beneficial to postoperative swelling and pain relief,which can accelerate the improvement of clinical symptoms and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.
