Acupuncture Combined with Shensong Yangxin Capsule in Treating Arrhythmia with Qi and Yin Deficiency for 59 Cases

Objective To explore the clinical effects of acupuncture combined with Shensong Yangxin Capsule in the treatment of tachycardia and arrhythmia with qi and yin deficiency.Methods Randomly select 118 patients with ventricular premature coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from December 2018 to October 2019.For the experimental group and the control group,Shensong Yangxin Capsule was used to treat the two groups of patients,and the experimental group was treated with acupuncture.The treatment effects of the two groups of patients were observed and recorded and compared.Treatment effects include the type of arrhythmia and the severity of the patient’s condition.Results The patients were mild and moderate patients with tachyarrhythmia of qi and yin deficiency.The experimental group showed no significant difference in treatment efficiency with the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Patients with severe arrhythmia of qi and yin deficiency type in the condition were significantly different in the experimental group from the control group in terms of treatment efficiency,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).All patients had no adverse reactions during treatment.Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Shensong Yangxin Capsule is effective in treating tachycardia with qi and yin deficiency,and it can significantly improve the symptoms of the patients.
