Effect of traditional Chinese Medicine fumigation combined with Acupoint Massage on patients with Hip fracture

Objective to investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with acupoint massage on patients with hip fracture..Methods according to the random double blind method,92 patients undergoing hip fracture surgery in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were divided into two groups.92 patients received routine intervention and acupoint massage,and the observation group(46 cases)received fumigation with traditional Chinese medicine.The postoperative recovery and complications of the two groups were analyzed.Results the time of independent exercise in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,and the hospitalization time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in arris hip joint function score between the observation group and the control group,but the Harris hip joint function score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of artificial limb loosening and venous thrombosis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion fumigation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint massage can promote the recovery of patients,improve the function of hip joint and reduce the incidence of complications.
