| 摘 要： | 缓慢性心律失常导致的心悸在临床中较为常见,姚魁武教授按照中医理论将其按照"心悸"予以论治。姚魁武教授认为缓慢性心律失常所导致的的心悸与气阴两虚、心血失充、心神不藏相关。其病位在心,而不止于心。治疗当以"燮理阴阳,安神定悸",重视心气、心阴与神志对于心脉的调摄作用。选方处药以益气养阴,兼以温复心阳,安神定悸为务,并根据多年临床经验,以炙甘草汤治疗气阴两虚型缓慢性心律失常,并依据证情变化予以进退。
