穴位按摩联合穴位贴敷护理对COPD稳定期老年患者的肺功能及生活质量的影响

目的探讨穴位按摩联合穴位贴敷护理对COPD稳定期老年患者的肺功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年9月—2019年9月中国医科大学附属盛京医院滑翔院区接诊的70例稳定期的COPD患者为研究对象,将70例住院患者按照住院号,采用Excel中ROUND函数随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组采用常规护理,包括COPD疾病知识的健康宣教、起居护理和饮食护理。观察组在常规护理的基础上,给予穴位按摩联合穴位贴敷护理,对患者随访2个月,观察患者的肺功能、生活质量和满意度情况。结果实施穴位按摩联合穴位贴敷护理后,对照组和观察组患者肺功能指标FEV1、FEV1/FVC差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组和观察组患者的呼吸症状、活动受限、疾病影响、SGRQ总分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为97.14%(34/35),而对照组的护理满意度为88.57%(31/35),2组的护理满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位按摩联合穴位贴敷护理能够改善慢性呼吸衰竭患者肺功能及生活质量,提升满意度,值得进一步推广应用。

Effect of acupoint massage combined with acupoint application nursing on lung function and quality of life of elderly patients with COPD at stable period

Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint massage combined with acupoint sticking nursing on lung function and quality of life of elderly patients with COPD at stable period.Methods 70 stable COPD patients admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the study objects.According to the admission number,70 inpatients were randomly divided into control group and observation group by using the ROUND function in Excel,35 in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,including health education of COPD knowledge,daily living care and diet care.On the basis of routine nursing,the observation group was given acupoint massage combined with acupoint sticking nursing,and the patients were followed up for 2 months to observe their lung function,quality of life and satisfaction.Results FEV1(L)and FEV1/FVC were significantly different between the control group and the observation group after acupoint massage combined with acupoint application(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences between the control group and the observation group in respiratory symptoms,activity limitation,disease effect and SGRQ total score(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.14%,while that of the control group was 88.57%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion acupoint massage combined with acupoint application can improve lung function,quality of life and satisfaction of patients with chronic respiratory failure.
