摘    要:目的:观察心理应激模型动物血浆皮质酮及视皮质、海马和下丘脑氨基酸和整体行为的变化。方法:以光-电击条件反射法建立心理应激动物模型,采用放射怀配体蛋白竞争结合法、氨基酸自动分析法及旷场试验分别测定大鼠心理应激时血浆皮质酮、脑区氨基酸水平和行为的变化。结果:在血浆皮质酮能够分化心理应激的实验参数条件下,电击刺激时,主要引起视皮质氨基酸水平的变化;而仅给予条件刺激(光)引起心理应激时,可在视皮质、海马和

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the changes of psychological stress induced behaviors, plasma corticosterone and levels of amino acids in visual cortex, hippocampus, hypothalamus and cerebellum. Methods: A model of psychological stress was established with conditioned reflex (light shock). The open field test, radioligand protein binding and amino acids autoanalysis were used in this study. Results: During combined stresses, the levels of glutamate (Glu) and gamma aminobutyric acid(GABA) in visual cortex were changed and horizontal and vertical behaviors were increased. And during psychological stress, changes of the levels of Glu, GABA and taurine (Tau) occurred in visual cortex, hippocampus, hypothalamus and cerebellum, especially hippocampus, and behaviors were decreased. Conclusion: During psychological stress, the changes of Glu, GABA and Tau levels at brain regions may be relative to stress induced depressive behaviors.
