糖尿病酮症酸中毒合并肾功能损害18例分析

目的：探讨糖尿病酮症酸中毒（dibetic ketoacidosis,DKA）合并肾功能损害的临床特点及治疗方法。方法：对其诱因、血糖、血酮体、pH、白细胞、血肌酐、尿素氮等多项指标作回顾性临床分析。结果：肾功能完全恢复13例,未完全恢复5例,其中1例放弃治疗,无死亡病例。结论：DKA并肾功能损害大多为一过性,与脱水、酸中毒、微循环障碍有关,部分肾功能损害不能完全恢复为糖尿病肾病。

Analysis of 18 diabetic ketoacidosis with renal function impairment

Objective： To investigate the clinical trait and the treatment of diabetic ketoacidosis inpatients with renal function impairment. Methods ： The indexes such as inducement, blood sugar, blood ketone bodies, pH, white blood cell, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen were analyzed retrospectively. Results： Renal function of 13 cases regained health completely. Renal function of 5 eases regained health partly. One case gave up the treatment. No died case. Conclusions：Renal function impairment of diabetic ketoaeidosis inpatients mostly was transitory, which was connected with dehydration, acidosis, micro-cirulation disturbance. Partly renal function impairment cases which could not regain health completely were diabetic nephropathy.
