| 摘 要： | 目的探讨标准大骨瓣开颅手术在重型颅脑损伤救治中的作用。方法对32例重型颅脑损伤采用标准大骨瓣哥颅术并与常规术式治疗的63例进行对照。结果大骨瓣术式组脑膨出6例（18．9％），常规术式组为18例（28．6％），两组间差异有显著意义（P〈0．05）。标准大骨瓣术式的恢复良好率明显优于常规术式组（P〈0．01），两组致残率比较差异有显著意义（P〈0．05）。结论标准大骨瓣术式清除血胂彻底．减压充分，可显著改善重型颅脑损伤患者的预后。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the contribution of standard craniotomy of major bone window in the treatlnent of heavy craniocerebral injury patients. Methods The standard craniotomy of major bone window was used in 32 cases of heavy craniocerebral injury and compared to the convention craniotomy used in 63 cases of the same disease. Results The craniocerebral injury had significant difference in two groups. Conclusion The hematomas are eleminated thoroughly and the cranial internal pressur is decompressed thoroughly and the prognosis of the patients of heavy craniocerebral injury dealed with the standard craniotomy of major bone window are improved significantly. |
