| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乳腺癌组织中CA15—3、VEGF的表达及MVD测定的意义。方法采用组织芯片技术结合免疫组化（SP法）检测150例乳腺癌，30例导管内乳头状瘤，纤维腺瘤及正常乳腺组织各10例中的CA15-3、VEGF的表达并进行MVD测定。结果150例乳腺癌的CA15—3阳性率为72．0％（108／150）、VEGF阳性率为81．33％（122／150）、MVD计数为17．5±12．2，均显著高于导管内乳头状瘤、纤维腺瘤及正常乳腺组织；并与乳腺癌组织分级、有无浸润及淋巴结转移有关，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论CA15-3、VEGF及MVD测定对于判断乳腺癌的生物学行为及评估预后有重要意义，可用于指导临床对乳腺癌的治疗。
