普罗帕酮对正常功能窦房结电生理效应的观察

摘    要:采用经食道心房调搏术和急性药理试验,观察了30例正常功能窦房结静注普罗帕酮前后电生理特性的变化。结果表明,普罗帕酮对正常功能窦房结有明显抑制效应。认为普罗帕酮之β-受体阻滞作用或钙离子拮抗作用对人体窦房结起着重要影响。

Abstract:The changes of electrophysiological characteristics of the sinoatrial node with normal function before and after the intravenous injection of propafenone were observed in 30 subjects by the trans-esophageal atrial pacing examinations and acute pharmacological test. The results show that propafenone has distinct inhibiting effect on the sinoatrial node with normal function. The authors think that the beta-receptor blocking effect or calcium antagonism of propafenone has an important influence on the human sinoatrial node.
