| 摘 要： | 为了解抗心磷脂抗体（ＡＣＡ）在乙型肝炎病毒（ＨＢＶ）感染中的流行情况，采用ＥＬＩＳＡ法对１６２例ＨＢＶ感得和１０２例正常对照者作ＡＣＡ测定。结果表明，ＨＢＶ感染者ＡＣＡ阳性率（１５．４３％）与正常对照组（３．９２％）相比有显著性升高；在ＨＢＶ感染乾中，肝功能异常者ＡＣＡ阳性率同于肝功能正常者，说明ＡＣＡ可常见乙型肝炎感染者，并可能与乙型肝炎的病情有关。

| Abstract: | In order to study the prevalence of anticardiolipin antibodies (ACA) in hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection,ACA was determined in sera from 168 patients with HBV infection and 102 healthy controls by ELISA The research showed that there was statistically significant difference between the positive rate of ACA in patients (15 43%)and the positive rate of ACA in control group(3 92%)( P<0 01) In addition,the positive rate of ACA in patients with abnormal liver function was higher than that in patients with normal liver function( P<0 01) The result suggests that ACA is frequently found in patients with HBV infection ACA may be implicated in severity of hepatic injury \ \ |
