| 摘 要： | 目的建立测定盐酸氯哌丁片含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用AgilentC18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），0．02mol／L磷酸二氢钾溶液-甲醇（30：70，三乙胺1．0mL，用磷酸调pH至3．5）为流动相，检测波长225nm，流速1．0mL／min，柱温为室温，进样量10μL。结果盐酸氯哌丁质量浓度在5．125～25．625μg／mL范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9999），平均回收率为99．66％，RSD为1．80％（n=9）。结论所用方法简便、准确、快速、灵敏，专属性好，可用于盐酸氯哌丁片的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a HPLC method to determine the content of Cloperastine Hydrochloride Tablets. Methods HPLC was performed on Agilent C18 column（250 mm ×4. 6 mm, 5μm） with the mobile phase of 0. 02 mol/L KH2PO4 -methanol （30 ： 70, triethlaminel 1.0 mL, adjusted to pH =3.5 with phosphoric acid）. The detection wavelength was 225 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the column temperature was the room temperature, the injection volume was 10 μL. Results The linear range was 5. 125-25. 625 μg/mL, r =0. 999 9 （ n = 5）. The average recovery rate was 99.66% and RSD was 1.80% （ n = 9）. Conclusion The method is simple, quick, sensitive, accurate and convenient, which can be used for the content determination of Cloperastine Hydrochloride Tablets. |
