摘    要:目的建立测定盐酸氯哌丁片含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用AgilentC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),0.02mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液-甲醇(30:70,三乙胺1.0mL,用磷酸调pH至3.5)为流动相,检测波长225nm,流速1.0mL/min,柱温为室温,进样量10μL。结果盐酸氯哌丁质量浓度在5.125~25.625μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.66%,RSD为1.80%(n=9)。结论所用方法简便、准确、快速、灵敏,专属性好,可用于盐酸氯哌丁片的含量测定。

Abstract:Objective To establish a HPLC method to determine the content of Cloperastine Hydrochloride Tablets. Methods HPLC was performed on Agilent C18 column(250 mm ×4. 6 mm, 5μm) with the mobile phase of 0. 02 mol/L KH2PO4 -methanol (30 : 70, triethlaminel 1.0 mL, adjusted to pH =3.5 with phosphoric acid). The detection wavelength was 225 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the column temperature was the room temperature, the injection volume was 10 μL. Results The linear range was 5. 125-25. 625 μg/mL, r =0. 999 9 ( n = 5). The average recovery rate was 99.66% and RSD was 1.80% ( n = 9). Conclusion The method is simple, quick, sensitive, accurate and convenient, which can be used for the content determination of Cloperastine Hydrochloride Tablets.
