卡介菌多糖核酸治疗疱疹样复发性阿弗他溃疡疗效及T细胞亚群变化分析

目的 探讨卡介菌多糖核酸(BCG-PSN)治疗疱疹样复发性阿弗他溃疡(HU)的疗效及外周血T细胞亚群的影响变化.方法 40例确诊为HU患者随机分注射BCG-PSN(A)组和局部应用西瓜霜喷剂(B)组,1年后评估临床疗效.检测治疗前后血内T细胞亚群的变化,并与20例正常人(C组)对照.结果 与C组比较,A、B组患者CD4~+减少,CD8~+增加,CD4~+/CD8~+比值下降(P<0.05).A组口腔溃疡痊愈率35%,明屁高于B组5%(P<0.01);与治疗前比较,A组治疗后CD4~+明显增加,CD4~+/CD8~+比值明显上升.结论 注射BCG-PSN对HU患者有较好疗效,可明显延缓HU的复发.T细胞亚群与HU存在明显的相连关系.

Outcomes of treating herpetiform ulcer with polysaccharide nucleic acid of bacillus calmette-guerin and changs of T lymphocyte subsets

Objective To investigate the outcomes of treating herpetiform ulcer (HU) with polysaccharide nucleic acid of bacillus calmette-guerin(BCG-PSN) and the changs of T lymphocyte subsets. Methods Fourty HU cases were randomly divided into two groups with 20 cases each. The patients in group A were treated with BCG-PSN injection and those in group B with watermeon spray locally. The outcomes of treatment were evaluated and the changes of T lymphocyte subsets were examined before and one year after treatment, which were compared to those in normal subjects(group C). Results CD4~+ was lower, but CD8~+ was higher in group A and group B than those in group C (P<0. 05). The cured rate of group A was 35%,which was higher than that of group B (P<0. 01). Compared to.those before,CD4~+ was higher (P<0. 01),CD8~+ was lower (P<0.05) and the ratio of CD4~+/CD8~+ was inceased (P<0. 01) in group A. Conclusion BCG-PSN injection is better than local watermeon spray in treating HU. HU has a relationship with immulolngy of T lymphocyte subsets.
