关节镜Duncan loop滑结在肩关节不稳定患者中的应用

目的探讨关节镜Duncan loop滑结在肩关节不稳定患者中的应用价值。方法为肩关节不稳定患者行镜下手术，以缝合锚钉或关节囊重叠缝合等方法进行处理，采用镜下Duncan loop滑结固定，以UCLA、Constant、Rowe以及VAS评分进行综合评估。结果15例获随访，平均随访13.4月，共采用镜下Duncan loop滑结54次，患肩恐惧试验、前抽屉试验及凹陷征均为阴性。终末随访肩关节正位X线片显示锚钉位置良好，无脱出，UCLA、Constant、Rowe以及VAS评分均较术前改善明显。结论关节镜Duncan oop滑结可对肩关节不稳定进行有效固定。

Application of arthroscopic Duncan loop sliding knot in patients with shoulder instability

Objective To evaluate the application of Duncan loop sliding knot in patients with shoulder instability. Methods Arthroscopic procedures were performed for shoulder instability using suture anchors and capsular overlapping techniques. Shoulder instability was fixed with Duncan loop sliding knots. Patients were evaluated with UCLA, Constant, Rowe, and VAS scoring systems. Results A total of 15 cases were followed up for an average time of 13.4 months. Arthroscopic Duncan loop sliding knots were used 54 times. Apprehension, Sulcus, and anterior drawer tests were negative. X ray revealed the satisfactory positions of suture anchors with no herniation at the last follow-up. Significant improvement was found in UCLA, Constant, Rowe, and VAS scores after operation. Conclusion Duncan loop sliding knot can effectively fix shoulder instability.
