| 摘 要： | 目的探讨B细胞活化因子在异基因造血干细胞移植（allo-HSCT）后慢性移植物抗宿主病（cGVHD）发病机理中的作用。方法观察25例allo-HSCT患者cGVHD的发病情况,cGVHD的诊断主要依据临床表现,部分病例取得病理学依据。移植后定期采集25例患者的外周血,采用流式细胞仪检测B细胞活化因子比例。结果cGVHD阳性组的B细胞活化因子比例明显高于cGVHD阴性组（P〈0.01）。结论B细胞活化因子比例在cGVHD发生时明显升高,移植后动态监测B细胞活化因子比例的变化有助于cGVHD的诊治。
