| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理干预对缓解期支气管哮喘患者治疗依从性的影响。方法将63例缓解期支气管哮喘患者随机分为干预组和对照组，干预组给予1年有针对性的全程护理干预。1年后对两组患者治疗依从性、哮喘急性发作次数及再入院次数进行了对比分析。结果护理干预1年后，干预组治疗依从性明显高于对照组，哮喘急性发作及再住院次数明显少于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论护理干预能明显改善支气管哮喘患者的治疗依从性，对哮喘患者的整体治疗及预后有益。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on treatment compliance of asthmatic patients in remission stage. Methods Sixty-three patients with asthma were randomly divided into intervention group （ n = 32） and control group （ n = 31 ）. Patients in control group received conventional nursing only, while patients in intervention group were given one-year nursing intervention besides conventional nursing. One year later, treatment compliance, asthma attacks and hospitalization times of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with control group, the compliance was significantly improved and the asthma attacks and hospitalization times were significantly reduced in intervention group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Nursing intervention can significantly improve the compliance of asthmatic patients, and is beneficial for the treatment of asthmatic patients and the improvement of their prognosis. |
