前交叉韧带重建术后反应性滑膜炎治疗对策

目的探讨膝关节前交叉韧带（ACL）重建术后反应性滑膜炎的发生原因及治疗策略。方法我科2005年3月-2008年8月关节镜下重建ACL术后发生反应性滑膜炎8例，采用置管灌注冲洗，其中4例行关节镜清理。结果Lysholm膝关节评分（81．6±9．5）分，膝关节活动度（88．8±8．3）°，Lachman试验和前抽屉试验阳性为1例。结论ACL术后反应性滑膜炎，早期采用置管灌注冲洗及关节镜清理疗效满意。

Treatment strategy for reactive synovitis after arthroscopic reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament of knee joint

Objective To investigate the treatment strategy for reactive synovitis after arthroscopic reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament （ACL） of knee joint. Methods Clinical data of 8 cases of reactive synovitis undergoing arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in our department from March 2005 to August 2008 were analyzed. Infusion-drainage was performed in the patients and arthroscopic debridement was additionally carried out in some of them. Improvement in patients was evaluated with the Lysholm rating system, range of knee joint motion, Lanchman and anterior drawer test. Results The score for Lysholm rating system was （81.6 ± 9.5）, the range of knee joint motion was （88.8 ±8.3）° , the positive rate of both Lanchman test and anterior drawer test was 12.5%. Conclusion Infusion-drainage plus arthroscopic debridement for reactive synovitis can achieve rather good results.
