纽曼系统模式在腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者护理中的应用

目的探讨纽曼系统模式护理程序在腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者护理中的作用。方法将拟行腹腔镜胆囊切除术结石性胆囊炎83例患者完全随机分为2组，对照组42例，采用常规医护指导；干预组41例，除常规治疗护理外，针对焦虑水平及疼痛程度评定，应用三级预防护理措施进行干预。结果在纽曼系统模式护理程序干预下干预组组内的焦虑水平在术前1h和术后3d均较护理干预前的评定显著降低（P〈0．05）；术后3d焦虑水平较术前1h显著降低（P〈0．05）。干预组术前1h、术后3d焦虑水平总分值较对照组显著降低（P〈0．05）。干预组自觉疼痛程度较对照组显著降低（P〈0．05）。结论纽曼系统模式护理程序体现了整体护理的内涵，提高了护理质量。

Application of Neuman system model in nursing patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Objective To explore the role of Neuman system model in nursing patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC）. Methods A total of 83 patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into control group（n=42） and experimental group（n=41）. Patients in the control group received a common treatment and patients in the experimental group underwent a threelevel preventive intervention against anxiety and pain besides common treatment. Results The anxiety of patients in the experimental group lh before operation and 3d after operation was significantly alleviated compared the control group （P〈0.05）. The anxiety level was significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Neuman system model nursing process displays the holistic nursing connotation, improves the nursing and the life quality of patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
