| 摘 要： | 目的探讨冠状动脉多支病变内血管支架植入术的临床效果。方法对1998年3月-2008年3月期间226例（单支183例,多支43例）冠状动脉内血管支架植入术病例进行回顾性分析。结果共植入270个支架,多支组术前平均直径狭窄（85±15）%,术后平均残余狭窄（3±3）%;单支组分别为（86±14）%和（3±5）%。两组术后管腔改善及相关并发症无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论冠状动脉多支病变和单支病变血管支架植入术均可取得较好临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of intravascular stenting in patients with multiple coronary artery stenosis.Methods A total of 226 patients with multiple coronary artery stenosis undergoing intravascular stenting in March 1998-March 2008 were divided into group A（n=183） and group B（n=43）,and retrospectively analyzed.Results A total of 270 stents were implanted into 226 patients.The mean diameter of stenosis was 87% ± 13% before operation and 3% ± 10% after operation in group A,while it was 86%±14% before operation and 3% ± 5% after operation in group B. There was no difference in vascular lumen and relatedcomplications between the two groups after operation （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Coronary artery stenting can achieve rather good clinical results in multiple coronary artery stenosis. |
