摘    要:目的:优选莲子心微囊的制备工艺。方法:采用正交设计法对莲子心微囊的制备工艺进行研究,以微囊得率、包封率和载药量为指标,考察药液与明胶溶液的比例、液体石蜡与明胶溶液的比例、80℃时的搅拌时间、明胶浓度等因素对微囊制备工艺的影响。结果:最佳的制备工艺为采用30%的明胶溶液,80℃时搅拌20min,药液与明胶溶液的比例4∶10,液体石蜡与明胶溶液的比例6∶1。结论:优选出的制备工艺经验证可行、可靠。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To optimize the preparation technique of plumula nelumbinis microcapsule.METHODS: The method of orthogonal design was used to study the preparation technique of plumula nelumbinis microcapsule,yield rate of microcapsule,the encapsulation rate and total alkaloids content of inclusion microcapsule were adopted as indexes,factors of proportions of extraction of plumula nelumbinis to gelatin solution and liquid paraffin to gelatin solution stirring time at 80℃,concentration of gelatin solution were evaluated to see their effects on preparation process.RESULTS: Optimal parameters were 30% gelatin solution,stirring for 20 minutes at 80℃,a proportion of 4∶ 10 for extraction of plumula nelumbinis to gelatin solution and other proportion of 6∶ 1 for liquid paraffin to gelatin solution.CONCLUSION: The optimal preparation technique is satisfactor and reliable by test and verify.
