| 摘 要： | 目的评价护理工作在椎动脉狭窄血管内支架成形术治疗中的作用。方法对19例患者共21处狭窄病变行血管内支架成形术治疗及术前、术中、术后护理。结果通过精心的护理配合，19例患者均成功实施血管内支架成形术。结论椎动脉狭窄行血管内支架成形术，效果非常满意。护理工作在病人住院治疗过程中起到至关重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of nursing care in the treatment of vertebra arterial stenosis with endovascular stent. Methods 19 patients with 21 lesions of vertebra arterial stenosis were treated by angioplasty and stent placement. Perioperative nursing care were performed. Results Stent-assisted angioplasty was successfully performed in all 19 cases via aborative nursing. Conclusion Efficacy of endovascular stent-assisted angioplasty for the treatment of vertebra arterial stenosis is satisfied while nursing care plays an important part in the course of in-hospital treatment for the patients. |
