雷火灸治疗寒湿痹阻型类风湿性关节炎临床观察

目的：探讨化学发光微粒子免疫分析（CMIA）、时间分辨荧光免疫分析法（ TRFIA）检测乙型肝炎表面抗原（ HBsAg）低浓度样本的临床意义.方法：分别用CMIA、TRFIA 和酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）测定232例肝病门诊和脾胃病科病人血清HBsAg,并对其中HBsAg 低浓度标本25 例用三种方法测定.结果：①232 例标本中HBsAg 阳性：CMIA法106例,TRFIA 法105 例,ELISA 法93例,CMIA与 ELISA,TRFIA与 ELISA差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）;CMIA 与TRFIA差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.符合率分别为94.39%、94.83%和99.14%.②低浓度标本用三法测定HBsAg,CMIA25例阳性、TRFIA 24 例,ELISA 18例,ELISA与CMIA、TRFIA差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.CMIA、TRFIA 阳性检出率要高于ELISA.结论：CMIA与TRFIA定量检测HBsAg其灵敏性、准确性都基本相当,但TRFIA操作繁琐,反应时间长,HBsAg低浓度标本采用CMIA 定量检测更具有临床意义.

Comparative analysis of to detect low concentration HBsAg by CMIA And TRIFA

Objective：To evaluate the clinical significance of chemilum ineseence imm unoassay（CMIA） ,time--resolved fluoroimmunoassay （ TR- FIA） in detection of hepatitis B virussurface antigen with low concentration samples. Methods：A total of 232serum samples of liver disease clinic,the spleen and stomach diseases department were detected by CMIA,TRFIA and enzyme--linked immuno sorbent assay （ELISA） methods respectively. And each 25samples of low HBsAg concentration were re--determioed by the three methods. Results：（~）Of 232 samples, 106 samples were posl.tive for HBsAg with CMIA assay, 105 samples were positive for HBsAg with TRFIA assay and 93 samples were positive for HBsAg with ELISA assay. The detection rate was statistically different between CMIA and ELISA,TRFIA and ELISA （P〈 0. 05）. It was not statistically different between CMIA and TRFIA （P〉0.05）. Concordance rate between CMIA and ELISA,TRFIA and ELISA,CMIA and TRFI test was 94.39% ,94. 83%,99. 14% （2）In each 25 samples of low concentrations of HBsAg the positive by CMIA,TRFIA and ELISA were 25 samples,24 samples,18 samples, the detection rate with CMIA,TRFIA assay was higher than that with. ELISA assay （p〈0.05） . Conclusion：Quantitative HBsAg detect.on hy CMIA. as- say has comparative sensitivity andaccuracy contrasting TRIFA method, but TRFIA tedious operation,long reaction time,CMIA assay has more ad- vantages in detection of low concentration samples.
