I期外切术联合消痔灵注射疗法治疗嵌顿性混合痔90例分析

目的：探讨I期外切术联合消痔灵注射疗法治疗嵌顿性混合痔的疗效。方法：收集我院自2001年以来行I期外切术联合消痔灵注射疗法治疗嵌顿性混合痔90例疗效资料，术后随访3～5年。结果：总有效率97．7％，无严重并发症和后遗症。结论：I期外切术联合消痔灵注射疗法治疗嵌须性混合痔是一种痛苦小、恢复快、易于推广的治疗方法。

Clinical analysis of 90 cases of incarcerated mixed hemorrhoid treated with I stage resection and Xiaozhiling injection

Objective：To explore the efficacy of I stage resection combined with Xiaozhiling injection for incarcerated mixed hemorrhoid. Methods： Clinical data of 90 cases who received the treatment with Istage resection and Xiaozhiling injection were collected in our hospital since 2001 ,Patients were followed up from 3 to 5 years. Results：The total efficiency was 97.7 % ,no serious complications and sequelae. Conclusions：I stage resection com- bined with Xiaozhiling for incarcerated mixed hemorrhoid is a painless, fast--healing therapy and easy to be generalized.
