对腰椎间盘突出症损伤自我体育疗法的研究

目的：观察旋转复位配合穴位埋线治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效.方法：将192例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组96、对照组各96例,治疗组采用旋转复位配合穴位埋线治疗,对照组牵引配合穴位埋线治疗.结果：治疗组愈显率83.3%,对照组愈显率64.6%,两组对比有显著性差异（P〈0.05）.结论：旋转复位配合穴位埋线治疗能显著提高腰椎间盘突出症治疗效果.

Rotating reduction combined with acupoint catgut embedding for treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation Clinical Observation

Objective： To observe clinical therapeutic effect of spine rotating restoration combined with Point catgut embedding therapy on lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods：One hundred and ninty--two patients with lumbar intervertebral disc pro- trusion were randomly allocated to two groups. The treatment group of 96 cases received spine rotating restoration combined with Point catgut embedding therapy,and the control group of 96 cases received lumbar traction combined with Point catgut embedding therapy. Result：The cure and marked efficacy rate was 83.3 % in the treatment group and 64.6 % in the control group;there was a statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Spine rotating res＇toration combined with Point catgut embedding therapy can remarkably increase therapeutic effect on lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.
