类风湿关节炎并肺曲霉菌球1例并文献复习

目的警惕风湿病患者合并真菌感染。方法报道1例类风湿关节炎并肺曲霉菌球并进行文献复习。结果 2例患者均可能院外应用激素或免疫抑制剂,造成免疫力低下,菌群失调。结论风湿病患者本身免疫出现紊乱,加上应用相应药物均可能造成免疫力低下容易出现继发真菌感染,应予以重视。

Rheumatoid Arthritis and Pulmonary Aspergillus Ball:1 Cases and Review of Literature

Objective To be on guard against that the rheumatic disease patient combine with fungus infection.Method Report one instance about rheumatoid arthritis combine with lung aspergillus ball,and review related literature.Result Both of two patients maybe have used some hormone or immunosuppressive agent when they are not in hospital,this caused immunity going lower and flora disequilibrium.Conclusion The rheumatic disease patients have autoimmune disorders,and they use corresponding drug,which maybe cause immunity going lower,and this is easy to cause secondary infection.This should be sufficient attention.
