我院3种清洁手术预防用抗菌药物的干预调查分析

目的了解该院实施合理用药干预措施前后甲状腺、乳腺手术、疝气修补术3种清洁手术预防用抗菌药物使用情况及干预效果。方法抽取2009年7月-2012年9月3种清洁手术病历共370份,对干预前后抗菌药物的应用进行比较分析。结果围手术期抗菌药物使用率干预前为100%,干预后为78.3%;术前抗菌药物的选择、预防用药时机的合理性和用药时间过长等评价指标在干预后有了较大的改善。结论制定相应管理制度,采取有力的干预措施,对规范临床抗菌药物的合理使用有重大意义。

Investigation of the intervention effects of prophylactic antibacterial drugs used in three cleaning operations

Objective To investigate the application and intervention effects of prophylactic antibacterial drugs used in three cleaning operations （thyroid operation,breast operation,hernia repair） in our hospital,before and after administrative interventions.Methods 370 medical records of the three cleaning operations from July 2009 to September 2012 were collected.Applications of antibacterial drugs before and after intervention were compared.Results The perioperative use rates of antibacterial drugs before and after intervention were 100% and 78.3% respectively.Some evaluation indices were greatly improved after intervention,including selection of preoperative antibacterial drugs,rationality in the time of prophylactic administration,and duration of administration.Conclusion Clinical use of antibacterial drugs should be rationalized by setting up relevant management systems and taking effective intervention measures.
