槐榆炭方保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床观察

目的:观察槐榆炭方保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。两组患者均给予美沙拉嗪肠溶片口服治疗,对照组另给予美沙拉嗪栓塞肛,治疗组另给予槐榆炭方保留灌肠治疗。结果:两组中医证候疗效比较,治疗组有效率86.6%,对照组有效率83.3%,治疗组高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后Mayo评分与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义,两组治疗后比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后IL-2水平高于治疗前,TNF-α、CRP、粪钙卫球蛋白水平低于治疗前,组间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:槐榆炭方保留灌肠治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎疗效与美沙拉嗪相当,能明显改善临床症状,且无明显不良反应。

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis by Retention Enema with Huai Yu Tan Formula

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Huai Yu Tan Formula(槐榆炭方,HYTF)for retention enema on ulcerative colitis.Methods:A total of 60 patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The patients of the two groups of were given Mesalazine Enteric-Coated Tablets for oral administration,while the control group was additionally given Mesalazine Embolization Anus,while the treatment group was additionally given HYTF for retention enema treatment.Results:In terms of curative effect of TCM syndromes,the effective rate of the treatment group was 86.6%,which was higher than that of the control group:83.3%,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the difference in Mayo score with the same group before treatment was statistically significant.However,there was no significant difference in Mayo score between the two groups(P>0.05).After the treatment,the level of IL-2 in the two groups was higher than that of each group before treatment,and the levels of TNF-α,CRP and fecal calprotectin were lower than those of each group before treatment.However,there were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:HYTF for retention enema has the same effect as Mesalazine on chronic ulcerative colitis.It can obviously improve the clinical symptoms without obvious adverse reactions.
