消癌顺气汤配合化疗治疗肝郁气滞型乳腺癌34例

目的:观察消癌顺气汤配合化疗治疗肝郁气滞型乳腺癌的临床疗效。方法:将68例乳腺癌患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各34例。对照组患者手术前接受化疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用消癌顺气汤。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后中医证候积分、生命质量测定量表(FACT-B)评分变化情况,检测两组患者治疗前后血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)及T细胞亚群(CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+)水平。结果:观察组有效率为94.12%,对照组有效率为76.47%,两组患者有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后各项中医证候积分均显著低于同组治疗前,且观察组低于对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后VEGF水平低于对照组治疗后,CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+高于对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后FACT-B评分高于同组治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消癌顺气汤配合化疗治疗肝郁气滞型乳腺癌,能够明显改善患者临床症状、免疫功能和生活质量。

Thirty-Four Cases of Breast Cancer with Liver Constraint and Qi Stagnation Syndrome by Cancer-Removing and Qi-Dredging Decoction Combined with Chemotherapy

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Cancer-Removing and Qi-Dredging Decoction Combined with Chemotherapy on breast cancer with liver constraint and qi stagnation syndrome.Methods:A total of 68 breast cancer patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The clinical effect of the two groups and the changes of TCM syndrome score and quality of life(FACT-B) score before and after treatment were compared.The levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and T cell subsets(CD4^+,CD8^+,CD4^+/CD8^+) before and after the treatment were detected.Results:The effective rate was 94.12% in the observation group and 76.47% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the score of TCM syndrome in each of the two groups was significantly lower than that before the treatment in the same group,and the difference between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the level of VEGF in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+ were higher than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the FACT-B score of the two groups was higher than that of the same group before the treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cancer-Removing and Qi-Dredging Decoction Combined with Chemotherapy has a remarkable efficacy on breast cancer with liver constraint and qi stagnation syndrome,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,immune function and quality of life of patients.
