中西医结合治疗薄型子宫内膜Meta分析

目的:系统评价中西医结合治疗薄型子宫内膜的临床疗效。方法:计算机检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普信息资源系统、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、EMbase、The Cochrane library等数据库已公开发表的中西医结合治疗薄型子宫内膜的随机对照试验(randomized controlled trial,RCT),采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:纳入15篇文献,共1 189例患者,观察组598例,对照组591例。Meta分析结果:观察组子宫内膜厚度大于对照组[MD=1.07,95%CI(0.65,1.48),P<0.000 01];观察组妊娠率高于对照组[OR=2.39,95%CI(1.80,3.17),P<0.000 01];观察组子宫动脉搏动指数[MD=-0.33,95%CI(-0.52,-0.13),P=0.001]、子宫动脉阻力指数[MD=-0.11,95%CI(-0.14,-0.09),P<0.000 01]小于对照组,血清E₂含量高于对照组[MD=103.78,95%CI(23.36,184.19),P...

Meta Analysis of the Treatment of Thin Endometrium with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective:To systematically evaluate the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on thin endometrium.Methods:By using computer retrieval of China HowNet,Wanfang database,VIP information resource system,China biomedical literature database,PubMed,EMBASE,the Cochrane Library and other databases,the randomized controlled trials(RCT)for the treatment of thin endometrium with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine which have been pub-lished were retrieved.The Meta analysis was carried out by Revman 5.3 software.Results:A total of 15 articles were included,involving 1189 patients,598 in the observation group and 591 in the control group.The Meta analysis results were as follows:the endometrial thickness of the observation group was thinker than that of the control group[MD=1.07,95%CI(0.65,1.48),P<000001].The pregnancy rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group[OR=2.39,95%CI(1.80,317,P<0.00001].The uterine artery pulsation index of the observation group[MD=-0.33,95%CI(-0.52,-0.13),P=0.001],the uterine artery resistance index[MD=-0.11,95%CI(-0.14),-0.09),P<0.00001]was smaller than those of the control group,the serum E2 content was higher than that of the control group[MD=103.78,95%CI(23.36,18419),P<0.00001],and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of thin endometrium,enhance the pregnancy rate,but the quality of the included literature is not high,which needs large sample and high-quality clinical research to verify.
