健儿膏治疗小儿脾胃气虚型厌食症临床观察

目的:观察健儿膏治疗小儿脾胃气虚型厌食症的临床疗效。方法:将120例小儿厌食症患儿按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例。对照组予以健胃消食片治疗,观察组予以健儿膏治疗。比较两组患儿的临床疗效及治疗前后体质量、体质量指数(body mass index,BMI)及临床症状积分变化情况。结果:对照组有效率为75.00%,观察组有效率为91.67%,两组患儿有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗后各项临床症状积分低于本组治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗后体质量和BMI高于本组治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健儿膏治疗小儿脾胃气虚型厌食症,可有效改善患儿临床症状,增加体质量。

Clinical Observation of Infantile Anorexia of Spleen-Stomach Qi Deficiency Syndrome with Jianer Cream

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Jianer Cream(健儿膏,JEC)on infantile anorexia with spleenstomach qi deficiency syndrome.Methods:A total of 120 children with anorexia were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Stomach-Fortifying and Digestion-Helping Tablets,while the observation group was treated with JEC.The clinical efficacies,the changes of body mass,body mass index(BMI)and clinical symptom score of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:The effective rate was 75.00%in the control group and 91.67%in the observation group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,each score of clinical symptoms in the two groups were lower than that of the same group before the treatment,and the above indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The body mass and BMI level of each group were higher than those of the same group before the treatment,and the above indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of treating infantile anorexia with spleen-stomach qi deficiency syndrome,JEC can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and body mass of children.
