中医药治疗慢性肾脏病的研究进展

慢性肾脏疾病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)是一个世界性的健康问题,随着近年来CKD发病率不断增加,如何有效减缓疾病的进展,恢复疾病造成的肾脏功能损伤成为了热点研究方向。目前应用于临床治疗的西药疗效仍不理想,中医药现已普遍应用于CKD的治疗,并获得良好的疗效。本文对近年针对中医药治疗CKD的研究进行总结归纳,从通过运用中药改善CKD伴随的氧化应激反应,缓解肾脏损伤与其引发的代谢紊乱造成的炎症反应,抑制肾脏纤维化及减轻足细胞损伤的角度阐述中医药对CKD的治疗作用,为中医药治疗CKD的临床应用及对CKD作用机制的进一步研究提供了参考。

Research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic kidney disease

Chronic kidney disease(CKD)is a worldwide health problem.With the increasing incidence of CKD in recent years,how to effectively slow down the progress of the disease and recovery the damage of kidney function caused by the disease have become hot research direction.At present,the efficacy of western medicine used in clinical treatment is still not ideal,traditional Chinese medicine has been widely used in the treatment of CKD and achieved good curative effect.The researches on the treatment of CKD with traditional Chinese medicine in recent years were summarized.This paper expounds the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine on CKD from aspects,such as Chinese medicine improving oxidative stress associated with CKD,alleviating kidney injury and inflammatory reaction caused by its metabolic disorder,inhibiting renal fibrosis and alleviating the damage of podocytes,which provides a reference for the clinical application of Chinese medicine treating CKD and further study on the mechanism of CKD.
