章薇运用焦氏头针治疗小儿脑瘫经验

中医认为,小儿脑瘫病因病机为先天不足,肝肾亏虚;后天失养,气血虚弱。小儿脑瘫临床分为六型:痉挛型四肢瘫、痉挛型双瘫、痉挛型单瘫、不随意运动型、共济失调型以及混合型。章薇教授认为,临床上治疗脑瘫要根据不同的临床类型和体征进行辨证论治,采取个体化治疗,才能取得较好疗效。症状以痉挛为主的脑瘫,多辨证为实证,治疗过程中常采用泻法。而表现为不随意运动,共济失调型,则多为虚证,故采用补法,在治疗过程中多选取补益脾胃的穴位配伍来协助治疗。章教授临床上对于小儿脑瘫患儿一般采用焦氏头针联合体针的方法治疗,并根据临床所表现的症状选取相应的配穴。章教授还认为,治疗小儿脑瘫,除了运用头针外,对患儿言语、肢体的训练也非常重要。

Zhang Wei′s Experience of Treating Child Cerebral Palsy with Master Jiao′s Scalp Acupuncture

According to TCM,the etiology and pathogenesis of child cerebral palsy are congenital deficiency,deficiency of liver and kidney,and postnatal loss of nourishment,deficiency of qi and blood.Child cerebral palsy can be divided into six types:spastic quadriplegia,spastic diplegia,spastic monoplegia,involuntary movement,ataxia and mixed type.Professor Zhang Wei believes that the treatment of cerebral palsy should be based on different clinical types and signs,and individualized treatment can achieve better effects.Cerebral palsy with main symptom of spasticity is diagnosed as excess syndrome and the treatment should focus on purging method.While cerebral palsy with involuntary movement or ataxia type is diagnosed as deficiency syndrome and the treatment should focus on the method of tonifying,combined with choosing some acupoints for nourishing spleen and stomach.In terms of child cerebral palsy,Professor Zhang often adopts Master Jiao′s scalp acupuncture combined with body acupuncture,and selects the corresponding acupoints according to the clinical symptoms.He thinks it is also very important for children′s speech and body training.
