麻黄细辛附子汤治疗中老年女性尿失禁临床研究

目的:观察麻黄细辛附子汤治疗中老年妇女尿失禁的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年6月本院收治的尿失禁患者100例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各50例。对照组患者给予酒石酸托特罗定治疗,每次2 mg,日2次,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用麻黄细辛附子汤治疗,日1剂,水煎温服,每日2次两组均连续治疗3个月。比较两组患者临床疗效及相关指标改善情况。结果:对照组有效率为48.00%,观察组有效率为90.00%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后失禁频率、失禁程度、夜尿次数均明显降低,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组改善程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后尿失禁问卷简表评分均明显降低,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),尿失禁生活质量量表评分(I-QOL)均明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组改善程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)...

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Urinary Incontinence by Ephedra and Aconite and Asarum Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Ephedra and Aconite and Asarum Decoction on urinary incontinence in middle aged and old people.Methods:A total of 100 patients with urinary incontinence admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the study objects,and divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with tolterodine tartrate,while the observation group was treated with Ephedra and Aconite and Asarum Decoction on the basis of the control group,and both groups were treated for 3 months.Then the improvement of clinical efficacies and related indexes between the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate was 48.00% in the control group and 90.00% in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the frequency of incontinence,the degree of incontinence and the number of Nocturnal urine in the two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the improvement of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the short form scores of urinary incontinence questionnaire of the two groups were significantly lower(P<0.05),while the scores of I-QOL increased significantly(P<0.05),and the improvement degree of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of self rating anxiety scale(SAS)and geriatric depression scale(GDS)in the two groups were significantly lower(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the resting pressure and systolic pressure of vagina in both groups increased significantly(P<0.05),and the observation on group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,maximum urinary closure pressure(PMUC),functional urinary length(SFL),vasalva leak point pressure(PVLP),bladder compliance(BC),detrusor pressure at maximum flow rate(Qmax)increased significantly(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of treating urinary incontinence,Ephedra and Aconite and Asarum Decoction can reduce the frequency of urinary incontinence,significantly increase the vaginal pressure,improve the urodynamic parameters,and improve the quality of life of middle aged and old patients.
