中西医治疗膝关节镜术后疼痛研究进展

膝关节镜术后疼痛的西医治疗方法包括常用药物治疗(非甾体抗炎药、麻醉性镇痛药)、自控镇痛治疗、腔内注射治疗、神经阻滞治疗等;中医治疗方法包括:中药口服或腔内注射治疗、中药导入和熏敷、针灸治疗、穴位相关治疗技术治疗等。无论中医治疗还是西医治疗,单一镇痛模式都不能达到理想的镇痛效果,只有不断地在多中心、大样本、多模式理念的研究下,才可能发现一种镇痛时效长、不良反应少的最佳镇痛模式,以减少术后疼痛发生率,减轻术后不良反应,保持患者术后稳定的生命体征,促进术后康复。

Research Progress of TCM and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Pain After Knee Arthroscopy

In terms of treating pain after knee arthroscopy,Western medicine therapies include common drug treatment(non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,narcotic analgesics),self controlled analgesia,intracavitary injection,nerve block,etc.TCM therapies include oral or intracavitary injection of TCM,introduction and fumigation of TCM,acupuncture,acupoint related treatment,technology treatment,etc.No matter TCM or Western medicine treatment,any single analgesia mode cannot achieve the ideal analgesic effect.Only under the research of multi-center,large sample and multi-mode concept,can we find the best analgesia mode with long analgesic effect and fewer adverse reactions,so as to reduce the incidence of postoperative pain,reduce the adverse reactions,maintain the stable vital signs of patients,and accelerate their recovery.
