扬刺法的临床应用概况

摘    要:扬刺法主要用于治疗运动系统疾病、神经系统疾病等,其中运动系统疾病主要包括颈腰背部疾病和四肢部疾病(肩关节周围炎、腱鞘疾病、膝关节炎、踝关节扭伤);神经系统疾病主要包括臀上皮神经炎和股外侧皮神经炎。扬刺法能激发人体阳气,促进经气运行,活血化瘀,温通经脉,舒筋活络。临床使用时,不应拘泥于正中刺一针,上下左右各浅刺一针这一传统手法,可根据病情程度及病邪范围来调整针刺深度和针刺数,亦可加用艾灸、膏摩等其他疗法,以发挥更显著的作用。

Abstract:Superficial needling is mainly used for the treatment of sports system diseases and nervous system diseases,among which sports system diseases mainly include neck,waist and back diseases and limb diseases(such as periarthritis of shoulder,tendon sheath diseases,knee arthritis and sprain of ankle joint);nervous system diseases mainly include superior gluteal neuritis and lateral femoral neuritis.Superficial needling can stimulate yang qi of human body,promote the movement of meridians′qi,activate blood circulation and remove blood stasis,warm the meridians,relax the muscles and activate the collaterals.In clinical practice,we should not stick to the traditional technique of pricking one needle in the middle,one needle at the top,one at the bottom,one at the left and one at the left.We can adjust the depth and number of acupuncture according to the degree of disease and the range of pathogenic factors.We can also add other therapies such as moxibustion and plaster so as to play a more significant role.
