针刺联合康复训练治疗早期偏瘫的疗效及对患者下肢运动功能的影响

目的:观察针刺联合康复训练治疗早期偏瘫的疗效及对患者下肢运动功能的影响。方法:选择本院2017年5月至2019年2月治疗的80例早期偏瘫患者作为研究对象,依据随机对照原则分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予西医治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用针刺治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效以及治疗前后中医证候积分、神经功能缺损程度评分、运动功能、平衡能力、下肢肌力变化等情况。结果:观察组有效率为95.00%,对照组有效率为77.50%,观察组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后神经功能缺损程度评分低于对照组,Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表评分、Fugl-Meyer平衡功能量表评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后髋关节反馈力矩值评分、膝关节反馈力矩值评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合康复训练治疗早期偏瘫,能够明显改善患者下肢运动功能。

The Curative Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation Training on Early Hemiplegia and its Influence on the Motor Function of Lower Extremities

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture on early hemiplegia and its influence on the motor function of lower extremities.Methods:A total of 80 patients with early hemiplegia treated in our hospital from May 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the principle of random control,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Western medicine,while the observation group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.Then the clinical effects,the changes of TCM syndrome score,neurological deficit score,motor function,balance ability,lower extremity muscle strength before and after treatment were observed.Results:The effective rate was 95.00%in the observation group,which was higher than 77.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of neurological deficit degree in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.However,the scores of Fugl Meyer motor function scale and Fugl Meyer balance function scale were higher than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of hip joint feedback torque and knee joint feedback torque in the observation group were higher than those in the control group and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of treating early hemiplegia,acupuncture combined with rehabiliation training can significantly improve the lower extremity motor function of patients.
