基于数据挖掘的针刺治疗肝郁脾虚抑郁症选穴规律分析

目的基于数据挖掘探讨针刺治疗肝郁脾虚抑郁症的选穴和配伍规律。方法检索中文期刊网全文数据库(CNKI)、万方科技信息数据库(WanFang Data)、中文维普科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)自建库至2019年6月18日针刺治疗肝郁脾虚抑郁症的相关文献,用数据挖掘相关技术分析选穴及配伍规律,包括使用频次、分布、归经、方法、疗程及关联规则分析。结果共纳入18篇文献,涉及30个腧穴,使用频次前三位的腧穴为:太冲、三阴交、百会;涉及腧穴以足太阳膀胱经、足厥阴肝经、足太阴脾经经穴为主;应用频次最高的腧穴分布在下肢及头面部;操作方法主要为普通针刺或电针,通常留针30分钟,1次/天,5次/周,疗程6周;常用的腧穴配伍为足三里+太冲、中脘+太冲、足三里+三阴交+太冲以及印堂+太冲+三阴交;聚类分析体现出上下配穴、交会穴配穴、子母经配穴,常用穴位组合均为具有特殊治疗作用的特定穴或经外奇穴之间的组合。结论针刺治疗肝郁脾虚抑郁症疗效确切,有一定规律可循,常选用太冲、三阴交、百会为主穴,运用远近配穴及局部取穴发挥疗效。

Analysis of acupuncture treatment of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome of depression based on data mining

Objective To explore the selection and compatibility of acupuncture treatment for liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome of depression based on data mining.Methods The CNKI,WanFang Data,VIP,CBM were searched from database building to June 18,2019.The related literatures for the treatment of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome of depression were selected and analyzed by data mining,including frequency,distribution,channel tropism,methods,treatment courses and association rules.Results A total of 18 articles were included,involving 30 acupoints.The frequency of the top three acupoints is Taichong,Sanyinjiao,Baihui.The main selected meridians is.The highest frequency of acupoints distributed in the lower extremities and head and face.The operation method is mainly ordinary acupuncture or electroacupuncture,usually 30 minutes,1 time/day,5 times/week,6 weeks of treatment.According to the analysis of association rules,the commonly used combination of acupoints are Taichong-Neiguan,Zusanli-Taichong,Taichong-Sanyinjiao-Neiguan,Zusanli-Sanyinjiao-Taichong,Yintang-Taichong-Sanyinjiao.The cluster analysis shows that the upper and lower acupoints,the cross-pointing acupoints,the mother-female acupoints,and the common acupoint combinations are combinations of specific or special acupoints with special therapeutic effects.Conclusion Acupuncture has a definite curative effect on liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome of depression.There are certain rules to follow.It is often used as the main point of Taichong,Sanyinjiao and Baihui,and the effect is achieved by using distal-proximal point association and local points selection.
