软肝汤联合阿德福韦酯片治疗代偿期乙型病毒性肝炎肝硬变30例

目的:观察软肝汤联合阿德福韦酯片治疗代偿期乙型病毒性肝炎(简称乙肝)肝硬变患者的临床疗效。方法:将60例乙肝肝硬变患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组在对症治疗的基础上给予阿德福韦酯片,观察组在对照组的基础上联合软肝汤治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后肝功能、肝纤维化指标变化情况,B超测量两组患者治疗前后脾脏厚度。结果:对照组有效率为63.3%,观察组有效率为80.0%,两组患者有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后肝功能及肝纤维化指标低于本组治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后脾脏厚度小于治疗前,且观察组小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:软肝汤联合阿德福韦酯片治疗代偿期乙肝肝硬变,可改善患者肝功能、肝纤维化功能及临床症状。

Ruangan Decoction Combined with Adefovir Dipivoxil in the Treatment of 30 Patients with Compensatory Hepatitis B Cirrhosis

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Ruangan Decoction(软肝汤,RGD)combined with adefovir dipivoxil in the treatment of compensatory hepatitis B(HB)cirrhosis.Method:60 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,30 in each group.The control group was given adefovir dipivoxil tablets on the basis of symptomatic treatment,and the observation group was treated with Ruangan Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,changes of liver function and liver fibrosis index before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate was 63.3%in the control group and 80.0%in the observation group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the liver function and fibrosis index of the two groups were lower than that of the control group,the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The spleen thickness of the two groups after treatment was less than that before treatment,and the observation group was less than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:RGD combined with adefovir dipivoxil in the treatment of compensatory hepatitis B cirrhosis can improve the liver function,liver fibrosis function and clinical symptoms.
