慢性肾脏病中医证候研究进展

慢性肾脏病的中医证候分类研究内容较多,除了对中医证候概念标准化分类外,在临床实验室指标、临床证候分型、证候分布规律以及系统生物学等方面开展了大量的、有效的研究工作,并且使用数学、蛋白组学、统计学、流行病学、计算机技术等手段开展了全面详实的研究工作,对慢性肾脏病中医证候分类学研究提供了较大的帮助。为了借鉴以往的研究成果,在今后的研究中,应该尝试将中医证候分类研究的内涵和外延,赋予创新、发展、科学、规范的思维方法。使慢性肾脏病中医证候分类研究更加详尽、真实、可信,具有较好的指导性和可操作性,从而使中医西医相结合,优势互补,融会贯通,充分发挥慢性肾脏病中医证候研究的理论指导作用和临床应用价值。

Research Progress in TCM Syndromes of Chronic Kidney Disease

There are many researches on TCM syndrome classification of chronic kidney disease.In addition to the standardized classification of TCM syndrome concept,a large number of effective researches have been carried out in clinical laboratory indexes,clinical syndrome classification,syndrome distribution rule and system biology,and comprehensive researches have been carried out by means of mathematics,proteomics,statistics,epidemiology,computer technology,etc.,which has provided great help for the study of TCM syndrome classification of chronic kidney disease.In order to learn from the previous research results,in the future,we should try to give the connotation and extension of TCM syndrome classification research to innovative,developing,scientific and standardized thinking methods,so as to make the TCM syndrome classification research of chronic kidney disease more detailed,authentic and credible,with better guidance and operability,in order to make the combination of TCM and Western medicine,complementary advantages and integration better,give full play to the theoretical guidance and clinical application value.
