益肾健步汤配合玻璃酸钠注射液治疗膝关节骨性关节炎65例

目的:观察益肾健步汤配合玻璃酸钠注射液治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年5月至2018年5月本院治疗的膝关节骨性关节炎患者130例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组65例。对照组给予玻璃酸钠注射液治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用益肾健步汤治疗。结果:观察组有效率95.38%,对照组有效率78.46%,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后视觉模拟评分(visual simulation score,VAS)、骨关节炎指数可视化量表评分及Lequesne评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后关节液及血清白细胞介素-1水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗期间均未见明显不良反应。结论:益肾健步汤配合玻璃酸钠注射液治疗膝关节骨性关节炎,可改善患者VAS评分、中医证候积分、骨关节炎指数可视化量表评分、Lequesne评分、关节液及血清白细胞介素-1水平,且安全性好。

Sixty-Five Cases of Knee Osteoarthritis Treated with Kidney-Boosting and Foot-Strengthening Decoction in Combination with Sodium Hyaluronate Injection

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Kidney-Boosting and Foot-Strengthening Decoction in combination with sodium hyaluronate injection on knee osteoarthritis.Methods:A total of 130 patients with knee osteoarthritis treated in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 65 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate injection,and the observation group was treated with Kidney-Boosting and Foot-Strengthening Decoction on the basis of the control group.Results:The effective rate was 95.38%in the observation group and 78.46%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual simulation score(VAS),visual scale score of osteoarthritis index and Lequesne score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of IL-1 in the joint fluid and serum of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions were found in the two groups during the treatment course.Conclusion:In terms of treating knee osteoarthritis,Kidney-Boosting and Foot-Strengthening Decoction in combination with sodium hyaluronate injection can improve patients'VAS score,TCM syndrome score,osteoarthritis index visual scale score,Lequesne score,joint fluid and serum interleukin-1 level,and has good safety.
